U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is tightening the rules for the Importer Security Filing (ISF). From now on, the ISF must be submitted at least 48 hours before the cargo departs for the U.S., either by the receiving party or their broker.
Please ensure that all information is provided in a timely and accurate manner to the customer in the U.S. A late or missing ISF can lead to fines, delays, or denied cargo.
